Student Experience

Service Trips and Global Programs

Global Programs, Global Opportunities

Kents Hill School strives to prepare its students to become global citizens through experiential learning opportunities and a globally relevant 4D curriculum. Through opportunities both domestic and international, students will have the chance to question their perspectives while listening and empathizing with the cultures and traditions of others. Students will be challenged to consider the sustainable development goals facing the majority of countries around the globe, with the goal of collaborative work that will actively address these issues and provide an opportunity for initiative-based leadership.

Both students and faculty alike will explore a multitude of different cultures and develop a sense of wonder and empathy for others. These experiences are designed to develop character, skills, knowledge, independence, and adaptability thought exposure to different and new ways of thinking. Ultimately, students of Kents Hill School will develop the practice of global citizenship with a commitment to addressing and assisting with the betterment of society.

For the 2019-20 school year, Kents Hill is proud to offer travel to the Grand Canyon, Florida, Mexico, Boston, and New York City. You can find information regarding costs, registration, trip leader communication, and trip details and more by clicking on the drop-down menu to the right.
