Important Dates and Deadlines

Application Timeline

Prior to January 31:
  • Schedule a campus tour and personal interview
  • Complete the Kents Hill School Financial Aid Application found at sss.nais.org
Prior to February 1:
  • Have an in-person or online interview, complete and send in your:
    • Application
    • Parent Statement
    • Three Recommendations (Math Teacher, English Teacher and Head/Principal/Guidance)
    • School Transcripts
    • Standardized Test Scores
    • TOEFL or TOEFL Jr. Test Scores (International Students)
February 1:
  • Kents Hill School Application Deadline
February 1:
  • Kents Hill School Financial Aid Application Deadline
    • The complete application should be in the Kents Hill School Admissions Office by February 1. This includes all of the following:
      • Photocopy/printed copy of PFS
      • Photocopies of the current year and prior year 1040 tax returns
      • Copies of current year W-2, K-1, 1099 and other tax schedules
      • The Kents Hill School Financial Aid supplement
March 10:
  • Acceptance letters are mailed to students.
  • Financial Aid awards are mailed to students whose financial aid applications are completed by February 1.
  • Rolling admission begins.
April 10:
  • Enrollment decisions are due.
  • All families new and returning who have been offered financial aid awards must commit to enrollment or run the risk of losing their award.
  • Rolling admission starts. We are still accepting applications for the 2017-18 academic year!

Kents Hill School's Admissions Team will be traveling throughout the country and around the world and would be delighted to meet with you! Educational Consultants

Kents Hill School has cultivated valuable relationships with educational consultants and school placement professionals across the globe.

Individual or group programming can be arranged as requested, ensuring that educational placement professionals have a clear and comprehensive view of Kents Hill's unique offerings.
