Affording Kents Hill School

Committed To Your Success

For close to 200 years, Kents Hill School has been committed to transforming the lives of young people and instilling the character and knowledge necessary to thrive in higher education and beyond. Underpinning this experience is an inclusive community of talented, promising, passionate, and driven students from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures, nationalities, and experiences. While Kents Hill is unable to make a financial aid award to every student who is accepted and demonstrates need, historically nearly half of students receive need-based or merit financial aid.

We use School and Student Services (SSS) to process financial aid applications. Based on the financial information you provide in the Parents’ Financial Statement, SSS gives us an estimated amount your family can contribute to our tuition. This estimate, coupled with school policies and practices, is a starting point to help us make fair and objective decisions. For a comprehensive guide to the financial aid process as outlined by SSS, click here.
