Rentals

• A signed waiver of liability is required for all individuals, groups, or teams prior to using any facility. 
• A Certificate of Insurance with a minimum coverage of $1 million is required for all facility rentals. 
• Payment is due within 30 days of booking. Failure to pay on time may result in the loss of the reserved date. Refunds for weather-related cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Alfond Athletic Center Rentals (Ice Rink and Gymnasium) include:

• Bathrooms and guest locker rooms
• Scoreboard (operator not included)
• Zamboni drive (unless otherwise agreed upon)

Turf and Grass Rentals (Alfond, Huard, Brook Brouleau, West Grass) include:

• Scoreboards (operator not included)
• Corner flags, goals, and bases as needed

• Scoreboard operators are not included with rentals.
• Bathroom access is not guaranteed for turf field rentals. Porta potty accommodations will be made as needed.
• Groups larger than 200 must communicate in advance to ensure appropriate facilities such as additional porta potties.
• Rental only includes access to the reserved facility. Use of other areas on campus is not permitted.

• Kents Hill School observes a strict zero-tolerance policy. Tobacco, alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited.
• Renters must respect all campus guidelines and facility rules during their rental period.
