Hello from The Hill!
It is an exciting time to be a Kents Hill Husky! Our community of students is growing and so are our offerings – from exciting new courses in technology and engineering this year to a Nordic ski program coming for the 23-24 school year that will expand our already strong list of extracurricular offerings. Kents Hill School values diversity, equity, and belonging for all, and it is an environment where students can truly be themselves and excel at what they love inside and out of the classroom. Equally important, Kents Hill students are encouraged to explore new interests and will be challenged to grow through their engagement with each other and our dedicated faculty and staff.
We look forward to you visiting our beautiful campus and exploring all the ways that Kents Hill will be a great fit for you!

Your Home Away From Home
When you ask our students what words they most associate with Kents Hill, they say, "home." In this trusting environment, you'll feel safe enough to be yourself. Our students often share that they feel accepted, seen, heard, and valued - sometimes for the first time in their school experience.

I chose Kents Hill School because of the overall feel of campus when I came for a tour. While walking around with my tour guide, I saw students who were engaged with their teachers, and everyone we saw was so welcoming. To me, it was an environment and a community that I wanted to be a part of, and a place where I could envision myself being pushed to grow in all areas of my life.- Naomi M.
When I first stepped foot on campus, I was immediately welcomed. From being supported every step of the way by my teachers, to living in a dorm with boys I now call my brothers, I know I'm a part of a community that cares. I have made strong relationships with people from all over the world. Now whenever I go back home for a break, I catch myself referring to Kents Hill as home.

Class connections week was the moment I realized I made the right decision to come to Kents Hill. I was nervous about starting a new school year in a new place, but those nerves quickly went away as I met other new students and teachers. I began to get to know classmates from around the world. We bonded over music, sports, and life experiences. The connections I made on this trip are unforgettable and will last a lifetime.- Tanner C.
What drew me to Kents Hill was how welcoming the community was, for day students and boarding students alike. The people here make an effort to help everyone feel like they’re part of the community, no matter where you’re from, or how long you’ve been at the school. Even though I’m only here during school hours, I have met people from all over the world and made lifelong friends who I build connections with on and off campus.- Abby B.
