We are delighted to welcome admissions representatives throughout the year. To schedule a visit, please contact the College Counseling Office: 207-685-4914 x184.
All college visits take place in the College Counseling Office in Masterman Union.

Please call our College Counseling Assistant, Tamara Stockwell: 207-685-4914 x184. She will either be able to help you or direct you to the student's college counselor.
Please note that we have our own Secondary School Report Form and Mid Year Grade Report Form. The Mid Year Grade Report Form is mailed halfway through our second trimester at the end of January.

Our students do not have telephones in their rooms, and the cell phone reception here is not always reliable. We strongly suggest that you email the student (firstinitiallastname@kentshill.org) and cc. it to the college counselor. If you do wish to speak to the student directly, please call the Front Office at 207-685-4914 and they will get a message to the student.
